For beginners it is a great way to get familiar with basic functions, practice makes perfect and these small projects are just great for that.

I enjoyed the course, I liked the fact when the instructor made mistakes he allowed you to see them and how he corrected them. This helped in seeing my own mistakes!

The volume was too low and the accent was difficult to understand, but the teaching was top notch. He did not waste our time doing console apps and did not waste time renaming text boxes that did not matter. Hoping for more advanced courses from this teacher.

First off very annoying. Filler phrases with steep accent used as often as 2/3 sentences throughout the entire course have caused me to get very agitated with this teacher making it really hard to function. Sometimes he uses filler words or phrases multiple times in a row. Please, go to Toast Masters before doing more classes. Or at least do some editing. Second off narrating what you are doing isn’t the same thing as teaching. I had to stop this course numerous times to watch other courses because this one has been confusing me way too often by not teaching concepts and instead just plowing through live coding. There are plenty of better C# courses out there by now and most of them do a better job explaining what’s going on. And the fact that he’s live coding instead of figuring out what he wants to do, while it can be useful for a good teacher, is really just making this all the more difficult. Third off It’s very painful to watch this guy build forms as slow as he does. I watch these videos on 2x playback speed and still have to skip through it because I don’t want to watch him struggle with basic copy/paste, lining up and naming things as slow as possible. He speeds through the subjects he’s supposed to teach giving little to no explanation while he tediously dwells on the parts that most people pick up on (like Ctrl+dragging objects to copy them faster and in line) for way too long. The course content has only made sense because I’ve watched other courses. I come back to see this one and think Oh, now I see what he just blew right over. I don’t feel I’m getting my money’s worth. I almost never review a course before finishing it but I really don’t want to finish this one and it’s taking too long because it annoys me greatly.

I have seen people passing negative comments on this course so I was a bit skeptic initially but after watching a few free videos I went on with the purchase. Here is my honest review on this one. English might not be the primary language of the instructor but same stands true for many of us including me. Please try to understand that this is not a course on the language rather a course by instructor to share his knowledge with the rest from his experience. The accent and delivery is beautiful and sweet! He surely explains everything the way it should be. For a nominal price this is the best one can get! Be considerate of the effort the man put in! He beautiful writes, demonstrates and explains everything. I will buy the same course or any course by this instructor anyday! PS: I am newbie to the code. Never coded anything and have already tried many courses on Udemy. People somehow always expect that you know something already but this course is the best fit for anybody like me who does not know how to code and wants to experiment and learn in a rather practical way! Baby Steps! Thank you so much sir!
