Important Update Oct 2020 – Read the following statement before you decide to take the course!!!
On August 2020, SAP has decided to discontinue the SAP Web IDE Full–Stack for trial user, which is the main tool used in this course back in 2019.
It’s required you have access to a paid subscription for the SAP Web IDE Full–Stack service to get started. The link for the trial user showed in the course doesn’t work.
We’ve since then provided a workaround to address this issue if you don’t have a paid subscription to SAP Web IDE Full–Stack service, which is only a subelement to the course, by no means it’s part of the original course.
Course highlights:
Adapt bottom–up teaching approach
Teach you to think in terms of UI5
Use up–to–date development process and tools (XML view, SAP Web IDE, SAP Cloud Platform)
Downloadable source code on Github (constant update)
Cover some basics of HTML and CSS and essential JavaScript
Use the latest UI5 release 1.71.x and SAP Fiori 3.0 Launchpad
Explain Fragments, Routing and Navigation, Device API in UI5
Details about using OData v2 and OData v4
Auto datatype detection, action, function binding with OData v4

I saw until the Class 10 about Javascript (Loops) and i’m enjoying the class and the teacher. The teacher speaks very well about the topics. 🙂

The course is very basic. Real scenarios often involve with deep create, file stream, call function import, etc. but it is a good starting anyway.
