De basis wordt slecht uitgelegd. De instructeur is erg warrig en springt vaak heen en weer tussen onderdelen. Hij maakt zinnen niet goed af, verspreekt zich heel vaak, maakt erg veel typefouten en beheerst de Engelse taal niet goed. Ik zou de cursus alleen aanbevelen aan mensen die heel veel geduld hebben.
