My first issue was Android apt plugin, which was deprecated and incompatible with the Android Gradle plugin since Gradle version 2.2. I’m using 3.4.0. I fixed the link with annotationProcessor in app/build.gradle. This fix was not in the fixes for the resources of the lecture, but even these are old and it took me a while sifting through the Q&A to find it. The course contents are over 2 years old. At the rate these plugins and libraries change, so should the material.

A really easy to understand explanation of the MVP pattern. Unfortunately the presenter isn’t very engaging and tends to be long winded at times. That being said, there are definitely pieces of information that are worth watching for.
