Vue JS 2 has quickly become incredibly popular, both due to how powerful the JavaScript framework is, but also how easy it is to learn. Vue is much easier to learn than other JavaScript frameworks such as Angular and React, meaning that you can start building your first Vue application in no time!
In this course, you will learn how to build reactive web applications at any scale with Vue. You will learn the theory that you need to know about Vue.js, and we will be building several example applications as we go along, demonstrating the explained concepts in practice. The course lectures include examples when going through new material, followed by exercises that you can optionally choose to solve – and we walk through the solutions together.
Whether or not you have prior experience with VueJS, this course is an easy way for you to learn the framework! Perhaps you have struggled with large and complex frameworks such as Angular? Don’t worry, Vue.js is much easier to learn! Getting up and running fast is at the heart of Vue, so no more long hours of configuration just to show Hello World! Or perhaps you have no experience with reactive JavaScript frameworks and come straight from using jQuery? No problem! Vue.js is an excellent choice for your first framework, and is one of the easiest one to start out with.

It’s obvious the instructor has a very very deep knowledge of Vue. Part of me was hoping I’d be starting off with basic CDN in a IDE, and then advancing to Vue CLI, but as I got used to JSFiddle, the reasoning behind using it makes a lot of sense. Sometimes accessing a fiddle supplied provides the end result…don’t just watch and compare…pause at the start of the video, manually edit the code back to scratch, and build it up again…better yet, type the code in the fiddle from scratch (unless it’s a huge amount)….the reps of typing what makes up a vue instance helps with muscle/mental memory. Great course!

Overall this was an excellent course. I was trying to quickly learn Vue and was having quite a bit of trouble. This course really solidified the core concepts for me. Things got a little difficult to follow in the vuex module, however. I also understand that a lot of things were not best practices and were just to demonstrate the concept being discussed, but it would be really helpful maybe see a version of the final projects that actually did use best practices. Still, this was very, very helpful.

The instructor is very good at explaining concepts and detailing how each of the small pieces fit into the bigger picture. He also provides assurances that we’ll learn a concept later, saving me the trouble of diving deep into said concept when I don’t understand it.

I am irrtitated when instructors on Udemy repeat everything at least twice and in next lecture they reapeat it again. Its video, I can play it again by myself. But Bo Andersen doesnt bother you with repeating fundamentals and also He has prepared code for specific lection so He doesnt waste your time. I am in half of course and I hope it Will keep its quaility. One thing is missing tests, But for this price I cant complain. Thank you for great course.

For me it’s a very good way te relearn the vue basics and expand my knowledge. The topics are well explained and the examples are very good to understand what the meaning os of the code.
