This Course uses Node.js and JavaScript
For all the demos that require the use of AWS SDKs, we’ll use the AWS SDK for JavaScript. APIs are implemented on Node.js.
Knowledge of Node.js and JavaScript is good to have for taking this course. This shouldn’t however stop you from taking the course. If you are new to JavaScript or Node.js, I cover the JavaScript fundamentals as an optional section inside this course.
The JavaScript and Node.js topics covered in the course will help you get up and running with using the AWS SDK and perform the demos presented in this course. However, keep in mind that, as this course is not a JavaScript or Node.js course.

Writing after completing 67% of the course. Before I write the review, I would like to thank the author for this course, it indeed helped me covering a few good things about DynamoDB. Though the course contents say it will cover a lot (integration with many other services) however I found it very basic. I also found the author speaking very slow and repeating the same stuff. Just trying to make course lengthy? I was skipping the video quite often so that I can hear the real thing and not repeated stuff again and again. Improvements I would suggest Limit the repetition (Especially at Chapter End and Chapter Start), provide real examples, not just Hello World type examples, be more fluent & interactive than just reading text, there was hardly any deep dive or challenging exercise which one could have imagined in real environment.

Quentin Robinson –
Great course with a ton of content and thorough lectures. My only gripe would be the tooltip constantly in the way making it hard to see the full example. I would definitely still recommend.

It is informative but too slow, needs to be listened to at 1.5 2x speed
