Note. This is the older version of my React Movie course. It is still legit and is aimed more as a beginner course then my re–recorded one that is more an intermediate course. This course focus more on class based components while the new one uses the hook api as a standard.

There’s many great React.js courses out there but they’re very huge and A LOT to grasp for beginners. My teaching style and belief is that you learn more by creating many smaller projects than one overwhelming 25 + hours course that tries to show you everything and don’t focus on the fundamentals that much. So this is a 3 hour(ish) course where You’ll learn how to create a Movie App from scratch based on The Movie DB API.

For many of the videos it feels like there’s more following along than explanation of React and how it works. I have some React experience so it’s fine, but I think this video course is for someone who has at least completed the tutorial on the React website. The good part is that he does a good job of breaking down why we want to do something, and show ing the best way to structure your code.

Simple clean and good. Might be too repetitive for people who already know react basics initially. The author does a great job by providing CSS files beforehand saves a hell a lot of time.
