Python is the most popular programming language of the world – it’s versatile, easy to learn and very powerful!
We already got a Python course which you can take if you want to learn Python.
But one of the primary things you can build with Python is a website! You can use Python for web development.
And to make that easier, you would typically use a framework like Django – simply because that allows you to focus on your core business logic and you don’t need to re–invent the wheel and implement all the nitty–gritty technical details from scratch.
And this course is about Django – the most popular Python web development framework out there!
Django covers all aspects of web development – from handling requests and responses, over rendering dynamic HTML pages with templates, all the way up to making database access and data management easy. It’s all baked in and it’s all covered in great detail in this course!
This course teaches Django from the ground up – you don’t need to know anything about it to get started. Basic Python and web development knowledge is all you need.
We’ll start at the absolute basics and understand how to create Django project, how to run them and how to add features – step by step.

The course was great, but I was hoping the instructor would include a section about User Authentication and Authorization. It’s an important feature that almost all web apps use these days so I can’t believe it’s not in a course about web development!

Generally ok, he explain theory clearly, but he used to complicate code and this is not ok. Basics should be shown in short and simple way. He often go around. This course might be 20% shorter it would be even better.

I’ve taken other courses from Max, I have to say I am amazingly impressed with this one, his methods of transmitting knowledge have improved by a lot, the speed of speech, the tricky concepts are better represented. I still have half of the course left but so far I am happy with the course content.

Awesome content: it even includes an express course, for those that are in a hurry. It could be better, however, if user handling/authentication and pagination were included: I believe that those are key topics on a Django application and right now they are missing. Its a shame, because I really liked the course.

There’s been two teachers on Udemy that has done a great job in my opinion on 1. Keeping my attention, 2. Teaching basics, 3. Teaching with good theory, 4. Makes learning enjoy full and not stressful and Max is one of them.
