This course has been useful in refreshing the new features of Spring. But even so, Spring continues to be updated so some of the lectures were a bit out of date

tr s bonne explication, merci!
Fermin Agomaa III –
simple and strightforward course outline

The content was good, but not quite for absolute beginners. The annoying part was I had to stop every few seconds, to see what was typed in IntelliJ, so the course takes at least 3x more than expected. All content is designed for Java 8. Other than that, very hands on and with practical examples.

Overall positive. As a complete beginner, I was able to get the hang of the workings of Spring Boot Microservices and to build my first demo project. The structure of the course is orderly so it’s possible to understand what the teacher is doing and why he’s doing it, which is remarkable. On the minus side, for a non native English speaker like me the teacher’s accent was at times hard to understand and without subtitles I would have been lost. Also, I had to stop often and rewatch most of the videos in order to follow, take note of the code and check for mistakes and typos. If the perspective student is already familiar with some of the concepts, this is a well structured, easy to follow course and I would recommend it. For an absolute beginner, it’s still ok but be aware that it’s more likely it will take 20 rather than 4 hours.

This course best suited me as I am a front end developer and want to move towards being a full stack. So basics of JAVA was a must for me, which this course did provide. Thanks a lot!

excellent course so far. completed Java basic. I have been trying to learn Java for so many years but never got successful as all course were so long and i wd never be able to continue with those long boring courses. 1st time i found this short and to the point java course. so far so good. fingers crossed for the exciting part ahead of the actual micro service project and spring boot training.
