Which programming language is routinely ranked in the top 5 programming languages by popularity, and been consistently in the top 10 for close to 20 years? C++

Much, if not most of the software written today is still written in C++ and this has been the case for many, many years.
Not only is C++ popular, but it is also a very relevant language. If you go to GitHub you will see that there are a huge number of active C++ repositories and C++ is also extremely active on stack overflow.
There are many, many leading software titles written entirely or partly in C++. These include the Windows, Linux, and Mac OSX operating systems!
Many of the Adobe products such as Photoshop and Illustrator, the MySQL and MongoDB database engines, and many many more are written in C++.
Leading tech companies use C++ for many of their products and internal research and development. These include Amazon, Apple, Microsoft, PayPal, Google, Facebook, Oracle, and many more.

A good pace, well delivered, plenty of content, I now understand C++ and it only took me two months to get through it. The challenge excersizes are interesting too though I wish there was a big end project that requires something from every section to help me know what I have forgotten and need to review (if anything…)
Nebojsa Marovic –

good quality of teaching
Michael Vetsch –
So far so good. On a single screen it can be a challenge to manage so many windows and be able to see and use them all simultaneously. Also, the instructor is awesome, however he tends to speed through things that have been previously shown, such as template code, which makes sense but makes more sense later on when it’s more old hat. This far in, basic newb sauce, these things are anything but old hat. Pausing the video helps, but again windows management gets in the way. Minor thing.
Yiding Yang –

Swapnil Muley –
More topics can be covered which are mentioned as not in scope of this course. More exercises should be provided (considering improving difficulty of present exercises also).
Jinan Sarmadi –
This course really gives a very good grasp on the C++ basic knowledge through excellent explanation style, good structure of what is being taught, quizzes, section challenges, etc. To some extent this course also teaches intermediate level C++. Overall Great work. I hope this academy produces more courses so that students without CSE(Computer Science and Engineering) Degree in college can dream about IT jobs.
Vishal Sathiaseelan –
This is the BEST Course on C++. The instructor is great and he takes time to explain everything. Fantastic Course.
Jonathan Tran –
Some pretty handy concepts in this course
Luca Schwarz –
Very good course! Some points: Next time please consistent code style (especially spaces between operators, etc.) because that could irritate a beginner. And I would appreciate a monospace font because of much better readability.
Jacob O’Brien –
This is probably the best course for a beginner. It takes you through everything in great detail. I almost always understand everything in the video because you learn as you go and no new topics are mentioned to confuse you before they are explained in previous videos. Im only 15 and it is very easy to understand and learn c++ with this tutorial. Would definitely recomend 5+++ stars 🙂
Joost Oostdijk –
Very good beginners course. Each section has projects and quizzes to practice what you’ve learned. Even for programmers that have already have experience this is a good course to refresh the basics.

Phenomenal course ! excellent explanation of c++ code and functionality. You will walk away with in depth knowledge of how c++ works
Eugene Reyes –
Awful teaching, does not write the code at all and copy pastes it and he easily loses the student. Keeps reading in power point slide, awful teaching technique
Ash R –
Incredible teacher. The lessons and practice bits are beyond par
Anthoney Hanks –
Great information!
Nghia Pham Quang –
The instructor is very articulate with his explanations, it’s been a long time since I last played around with C++ and I really wished to be well versed in every single basic feature there is, though the video content may be dragging a little, I’m still glad that I chose the course. So far so good!
