What is this course? If you’ve ever had a SaaS startup idea of your own that you really wanted to execute but didn’t have a developer by your side, then this course enables you to realize how to build it from design to shipment without writing a single line of code.
Who’s teaching it? Good question. I’ve been involved with startups since I was 16. After founding, funding and exiting my own local commerce startup, I learned a thing or two. Currently, as a user experience lead at a well–funded startup and a passionate instructor, I’m helping people build their ideas themselves.
Why would I take it? There is nothing like the feeling that you can build anything. When I started learning web development, I felt overwhelmed by all that I had to learn though I still wanted to. I really like the course. Great instructions to get a broad understanding of how Bubble works, however, I really would’ve liked to see the instructor make a full website with components such as a navigation bar, a dropdown menu, some content on the homepage, a sidebar, a footer and maybe a way of showing how to intergrate ads and stuff like that. A great course but could use a little more depth/diversification.

As someone who’s never used Sketch I was kind of surprised when you jumped into that. It would have been nice to have had the finished files of sketch to look at. Sometimes you also jumped around without explaining your work, which I got lost from a few times. You could always tell people to skip ahead rather than not recording and sometimes leaving students left behind scratching their head. But overall learned a lot and am definitely more confident using bubble.

You learn a few tips and tricks but this course isn’t as comprehensive as other courses that are available. Also, the last few classes look like they were just tossed together and rushed.
