yes but the lectures are horrible, the information is terribly shown and there are just random examples in the first video

Es una buena experiencia hasta el momento ….

I am about 1/3 of the way through this course and have mixed feelings about the instruction in comparison to some other programming courses I’m taking on Udemy, although I will update once I am further along with the course on the positive side, this instructor provides A LOT of content and puts a good amount of effort into his lectures, and I feel like I am ever so slowly starting to learn SAS. However, I am disappointed and slightly frustrated with how disconnected the homeworks are from the lectures this course is set up with all the homeworks provided in a bundle with no guidance as to what skills each one tests, so it is very hard to know when you’ve learned enough to attempt a set of homework questions. Further, some of them I feel are out of order from how the instructor has taught you (e.g. I’ve noticed the concepts tested by homework 4 appear later in the lectures than those tested by homework 5). The other Udemy programming courses (R and SQL) I’m currently taking have assessments/homeworks/coding challenges embedded throughout the course to reinforce concepts as the instructor introduces them, and also at the end to test everything you’ve learned. I find that style of instruction to be far superior, at least from my beginner programmer’s perspective. I would encourage this instructor to integrate homeworks more seamlessly in future courses that he develops.

excellent instructor, very logical and well broken down material.

very comprehensive; i recommend this to any new learner; i kept my patience and worked on every examples along with the instructor on SAS software; in less than a week (about 10 hrs of training) I have started feeling comfortable with SAS; i hope the rest of them are even more interesting.

I asked the question 7 days ago, i didn’t get my solution yet

It was unclear, based on the way that the lecturer jumped in, that it was giving an overview: e.g., the SQL query sections seemed like they were follow along (especially given that the Follow Me prompts were displayed), and I found that the data was inconsistent and the code examples didn’t work without being cleaned up. In addition, there were 3 or 4 sections (starting some time after the 12m mark) were the video froze, and I had to skip forward/skip back to get the video to resume play.
