Andrew Lubsey –
The class was very well done. High quality audio and video. I learned a lot. I highly recommend this course for someone starting out in Ruby!
Travis A Mix –
really liking the course. It has short videos that make the whole thing not boring as well as giving you that whole just one more video thing. I also like that the exercises are easy enough to do what you know but that they make you want to look things up so you can do them better
Carl Schepannek –

The course definitely met my expectations and covered a lot of ground in Ruby programming. The instructor is clear and helpful, and the content is fun. I especially enjoyed the section on using gems and web scraping. Of course, there is still much more to learn after this as well. Above all, I recommend that someone who wants to learn Rails start with Ruby at the command line instead––it will make Rails make a lot more sense and enable you to do much more outside of the Rails framework as well.

Very clearly explained and not too difficult (yet!). The short videos and constant quizzes help the learning process.

Yep, I was following this for linux mint 19 tara and the versbosity of the instructions was a little different. Anyway, most of the flow is the same and everything is now up and running

A little bit slow start, but later very engaging and nice course. Thanks to the lecturers. Code exercises could be split into one exercise chunks for easier debugging. Also started to occur foo bar which in my opinion isn’t friendly to the newcomer and doesn’t make a developer happy as stated in Ruby manifesto.
