In this course, we will teach you advanced techniques in machine learning with the latest code in R. Now is the time to take control of your data and start producing superior statistical analysis with R. You will delve into statistical learning theory and supervised learning; design efficient algorithms; learn about creating Recommendation Engines; use multi–class classification and deep learning and more.
This course starts with teaching you how to set up the R environment, which includes installing RStudio and R packages. This course aims to excite you with awesome projects focused on analysis, visualization, and machine learning. You will explore, in depth, topics such as data mining, classification, clustering, regression, predictive modeling, anomaly detection, and more. We ll start off with data analysis this will show you ways to use R to generate professional analysis reports. We ll then move on to visualizing our data this provides you with all the guidance needed to get comfortable with data visualization with R. Finally, we ll move into the world of machine learning this introduces you to data classification, regression, clustering, association rule mining, and dimension reduction.
This course supplies in–depth content that put the theory into practice. You know you need to upgrade your skills to stay relevant. Don t wait. Enroll in this course today.

Dharanidharan –
version control learned very well
Samuel Beatson –
It took a very long time to work out how to use bitbucket and git bash in the way described, due to updates, and not explaining the difference between ssh and https. This part, in my view should be introduced later, with more focus on why it is important, and what it does.
Amer Toutonji –
Great explanation, very organized and fluently delivered.
Gopal Chandak –
Good and clear explanation.
M A Mohamed –
well explained
Tamas Patkos –
This course seems to be just perfect.
Carolyn Duffy –
I don’t understand what is going on.

For an introduction into the different aspects of R this course deserves five stars. However, I would say that the topics were not explained with enough depth that I could claim that I gained deep insights into the application of machine learning tools in the industry, like it is advertised. In the presentation I would have wished that the instructor would add breaks to animate the students to try out things by themselves, along the lines: Now stop the video and try this out, and then, afterwards, explain how it could have been done. Note, that the pandoc section is obsolete as of RStudio 1.0.153, it is no longer necessary to create some extra function for conversion to a presentation. Instead one can now add a header in YAML format to define the pandoc conversion.

I think this is the best value for your money data science course on Udemy. So much content and detail as compared to other courses I’ve paid for. I am working as a data scientist and what I’ve learnt here I can relate it to my work. 🙂
Mark T –
Very clear, well explained and easily understandable.

There are files used in this course that are not provided to the student. I’ve reached out both in the Q&A section of the video and by messaging the instructor to find out where these resources are located. I have not gotten a response in two weeks. There is nothing in the earlier videos about how to set up a DSN or where to access data files.

I am a beginner, and I bought this course a few months ago. I see interfaces, websites have changed and I am confused on the new navigation.

I’m halfway through, but the course has already exceeded my expectations. The curriculum is well laid out and the instructor is on point in his delivery concise, informative and with a nice tone in articulating. The material can be understood at any level.

It was a broad section, but very interesting.
