As I am a beginner I have some difficulties to read and analysed the charts used so I need to complete this lack with other courses, internet or youtube video.

The data files needed to work on the examples are missing. This does not provide a hands on overview of Power BI reports since I’m unable to access the files for download
Christine Rodway –

I expected visualisations to be covered much more in detail. That wasn’t there. The intro was such that, we were made to understand a lot of focus would be given to visualisations. I didn’t have any expectation about DAX. This is not an extensive DAX training, which was mentioned earlier, so Im fine with that But, yes, Expected much more under visualisations to be there. Sorry!

First section walks the student through how to make a well designed report and introduces a lot of Power BI’s functionality. The second section introduces a lot of additional graphic tools from the marketplace, but the end visuals are not as compelling. The two sections are unrelated and are taught by two separate instructors. They do not complement each other, and the instructors have different styles. Good course, although I found myself rushing through some of the last sections.

This course offered me a different view on how reports should be formatted. I appreciated the breakdown of how to identify the target person of the report and build data appropriately.
