Existing education for data science (i.e., traditional programs and MOOCs) largely focus on the technical skills and tends to neglect the softer skills in the context of data science required for effectiveness. To address this gap, this course was created with the intent of educating data science professionals on how to be more effective.
The course is designed and structured with the adult online learner in mind, and developed based on current research in Adult Learning Theory and best practices in online education.
The course has three main sections:

Each main section will also have simple exercises to provide opportunities for practice this is where most of your learning will come from.
The course has a pre–planned curriculum to guide you. You can use the proposed flow and to go through the lectures and do the exercises. Alternatively, you can choose to focus on targeted areas to personalise your learning.
Note: This course will require significant drive and effort for the duration of the course, but will pay immense dividends in the long run.
