1. The way the lecturer goes through the subjects, by scrolling a MS word file and drawing on Paint, I find a little bit offending. It looks as if it was made the previous millennium. I found plenty of youtube videos with much better explanations of the topics 2. The not quite understandable pronunciation, combined with the lectures’ scripts having nothing to do with the reality, make things even worse. 3. If the very MS word files, together with the schemas and graphic images were available in the beginning, this would make things definitely better. 4. Maybe my perception of what I experienced is somehow influenced by the previous course I enrolled in Business Intelligence Analyst, which was much better led
