Have you been thinking why so many applications do not become successful or popular? Are you looking to create a user–friendly cross–platform application with a powerful UI? Hands–on Web Development with ASP.NET Core & Angular 7 will teach you to blend the power of Angular UI and .NET Core to create an interactive, real–world application that can easily communicate between frontend and backend & in our case, an online DVD Movie store for purchasing films using a shopping a cart as a user along with and admin panel to manage selections as an administrator.
You will create a strong Angular UI and a flawless cross–platform ASP.NET Core shopping application leveraging web services for querying data. You will be structuring Angular routing and building the components needed to complete a nice Angular UI & .NET Core shopping experience. By the end of the course you will have built a complete application from scratch using the skills of a full–stack developer who can easily build components/models for Angular & ASP.NET projects.

This is a great course, if you wanna learn something about combining ASP.NET Core and Angular within a reasonable time frame. The source code is available on github for every single video, so it’s very easy to type along and follow the instructor. Something other instructors could learn a lot from. In response to the other review. Yes the audio is a little low, but thanks to the invention of volume control, that’ not a big problem. About the use of EF Migrations, it is a matter of taste. For a 3.5 hour Hands on course about Web Development with ASP.NET Core & Angular 7 I would say it’s the right choice. If you wanna learn about Entity Framework or any other way of communicating with databases, take a course about that. But if you wanna see how Angular and asp.net core work together, then this is a great course. I completed it in just 2 days.

Reynald is an great instructor, he explains a lot of content very fast and thoughtfully, and has a lot of good code to learn from. There was a bit of rushing towards the 2nd half where there was quite a bit of code that is pasted with only a basic overview. In the end, this was a great way to quickly get started with Angular and ASP.NET but do know it’s meant for intermediate level developers because it expects you to understand javascript/typescript in order to really understand what is happening.
