I’m out of touch with a lot of new technology terms so I’m hoping I’ll get better with them. Also, the plug ins that were installed…I have no idea what they do. It would be nice if he could give a brief explanation of them when he installs them. Although, it got way more clear and interesting the farther we got into it. Overall a good video!

Well it’s a free course so I guess I should have expected it, but it’s nothing that a few clicks around wordpress wouldn’t teach you. WordPress is terrible anyway but it would be nice to actually learn something.

He manages to cover a lot of material in a short amount of time. Some people might see this as a lack of content, but if you are in a hurry to get a web site posted, this will get you there at minimal cost and looking quite professional. It will definitely look much better than a website in a box option. Each section covers exactly what you need to do for that specific section and effectively using plugins. it s not a class for someone wanting to become a WordPress expert, but it will get someone rolling if you need to build that website you have been procrastinating about for years. If that s you, this is a great class.
