Focus on what actually matters: This is not a course where you will learn bunch of things in a very shallow way. You are going to get really damn good at JavaFX. This course teaches you how to start developing rich–client desktop applications using your Java skills and provides comprehensive coverage of JavaFX 8’s features.
Learn the JavaFX you need for professional development: Most courses focus on the syntax and features in JavaFX. They will talk to about controls, shapes at a very shallow level but in this course you will learn how to use them in building a software.
Designed to take you from total beginner to advanced: If you have tried learning JavaFX before, you have likely found that beginner courses are way too easy, advanced courses are way too hard, and there is hardly anything in the middle. I’m more than halfway through this course and have learned a lot. I bought this course after my college teacher failed to provide explanations on what we were doing in class when working with JavaFX, it was just senseless coding and not any explanations. The instructor is great, I have followed along and found myself completing all of the classwork assignments from school for this month after only watching half the course. Totally recommend this to someone who wants a no nonsense course.

Great start, ready to go on. TJM

It was a good introduction into the world of JavaFX, but I think it could have gone deeper into styling your application with CSS, and maybe an introdcution into the threading model behind JavaFX applications

She said that i will make me javaFX expert. After this course i am mearly beginner. Last app calculator looks on slides like normal app but we ended with shitty shifted buttons that looks like crap and she didn’t mensioned how to fix it to look better. 3/4 of course is totally boring becouse we do stuff that don’t work just looks nice. She didn’t mentioned that Scene Builder is a thing and we can use it to make app look much easier. I regret i bought that course and lost a lot of time.
