I find it hard to rate this course. On one hand you can learn a lot but on the other hand it is a mess. The chosen project to build is good in my opinion small but has all the important elements getting data, adding data through form. We could use a section on ajax validation for example check if there is a user with the combination of first name + last name + age, or just ad a unique field like email and validate that. The flow of this course is wrong in my opinion: videos are short which leads to a lot of repetition and unnecessary console.logging. I liked the showcase of pure js way and then jquary way but the part with redoing php was just bad better to do it right from the start. Overall I enjoyed the course and feel like trying some ajax in the future.

Some parts may be a little confusing and need reviewing again. BUT overall he gives you a very quick run through on Java script, Ajax and jQuery in a very short time. Good for those on a time crunch. I hope to see more from this instructor. Very knowledgeable and well spoken, I recommend this class I learned a lot from it .

Overall, The course has skipped some coding step that is very hard to follow. I hope it can provide more source code demo and localhost setting.

Great course!

He knows the subject but in this course he jumps around too fast in many lessons without giving the student time to follow. He also keeps refactoring Code and this gets confusing.

It was good and amazing. I liked that part of redoing all the code into jQuery.

The instructor could have explained things better and gone a little slower. With the small windows for the code it was difficult to try and code along. There were also a couple of errors or changes due to updates that made his code not work/not work the same way. I have over 15 years programming experience in other languages but have been out of it for many years and am just getting back into it. That being said I was still able to learn a lot from the course and feel for the price I paid, $9.99, it was well worth it.

Exactly what I was looking for in terms of content. Instructor gives clear explanations and shows multiple ways of doing things when possible. Definitely recommended !
