I highly recommend this course it is very good. The instructor speaks clearly. As a beginner to the world of programming this course is a really nice introduction to Python with creative and interesting projects, which are easy to follow. I especially enjoyed that this course uses a practical approach to demonstrating each concept with football examples and that you immediately get to start coding something useful.

This is a very informative and enjoyable course. This course covers text coding in python and uses football examples making it easier to understand from a football fan’s perspective. I started this course with no python knowledge, I now know a quite bit of coding after one hour. I would really recommend this course to beginners in coding and football fans.

I very much enjoyed the parts of the course where players are randomly assigned to team for a 6/7 a side game. I also enjoy the penalty simulations (although it didn’t work for me). I felt that some of the code was over the top for a ‘beginner’, with very little teaching of the what and why. I think as well that errors which occurred in the codes/queries should be explained.
