The Instructor needs to give an overview upfront with a mock project take a scenario from a hypothetical project in JIRA for example and teach how a QA would undertake the testing tasks. The instructor gets offended by my honest opinion , ive never seen any instructor get aggressive like this!!! really hope as I go along this course the other modules have something substantial to offer

Good info. The closed captioning is not accurate. ie. when teacher says QA, it reads Q8, which is understandable, but there are many other confusing transcriptions of the audio. The transcript file matches the close captions, so there’s no clarification, if you have a hard time understanding the accent at times. About half way through, it gets easier to understand the audio.

I have been working as functional and manual QA SW for some years. I decided to take this course, in order to refresh the profession s bases, because the daily routine with developers, Product owner (other roles at the company) can modify your knowledge or point of view with some vices and non generic terminology. Reviewing the profession s foundations has enriched me in concepts, vocabulary and confidence in myself. I highly recommend it!

It was not the best match for me as I was looking forward to a course with automation tools for website testing tools. This is a generic course
