In this course you will learn how to build games for iPhone, Android, PC, HTML5 and Flash.
The objective of this course is to help you “a non–programmer“
create games without you having any experience in game development. If you are a programmer, you will find that this course will help you reduce the amount of time you spend developing games.
This course will enable anyone willing to enter the gaming industry and begin making games and apps. Ride the current wave of 2D game development for PC, Steam, Tablets, Mobile devices, Micro–Consoles and Browser based games.
In this course we will use Clickteam Fusion to build games without coding. We will use Clickteam Fusion’s exporters to export games to different platforms (PC, iOS, Android, HTML5, FLASH, OUYA) all with a click of a button, just like that!
This course is not technical or theoretical, this is a hands on training course. From lecture 1 to the last lecture you will be actively engaged as the lectures progress and the instructor reveals new material.
Each lecture contains one or more example(s) for you to take a look an experiment yourself. At the end of the course you will learn how to build a Flappy Bird Clone and a Doodle Jump Clone. We’ll also review some common techniques to build games in Clickteam Fusion.
Feel free to ask any questions I will be more than glad to help you.
Cheers,
Ron
* Although you can create 3D games in Fusion, this course will mainly focus on 2D game development.

I got this course because I recently got the Click team humbe bundle… This is a fantastic course! It is really well thought out and Sparckman explains everything so well. What a great piece of software and a great instructor.

Guy has an okay accent, so a little difficult to understand. Words of clickable things are difficult to see on mobile screens. The guy should zoom in.
Jonathon Daniel Edenfield –
Very thorough, yet explained simply and efficiently!

I have only done the first 11 videos, and so far they are very well done and comprehensive. I had purchased MMF long ago, and let it rot on my shelf because it was confusing, I had updated to a humble bundle version and looked confused and about to quit again. I consider myself an old lady and I am actually catching on. I highly recommend this course for anyone looking to learn MMF2.

The course is neglected. Course structure is weak. Have some good moments, but at all I’d not recommend it.

Good for beginners

Overall I felt that the course was adequate for someone with 0 knowledge of Clickteam Fusion 2.5. However if you have gone through the 3 4 tutorials that come with the program, and maybe some of the tutorials on the Clickteam website, this course might seem a lot less valuable. The course is very bare bones, giving only the most basic information on many of the program features, and particularly the way objects work. Sometimes, the instructor would skip over things because he didn’t use them, and would even say something like I don’t really use that so don’t worry about it. What if *I* would have a use for it? For example, there are many way to make objects move, but he only covered the most common ones, and only mostly breezed over those. It would have been nice to learn about the all the different types, and see a few different examples of how different settings affect the behavior. Another is example, was the Working with Text video. It only covered the string object, showed you how to display some text and change it to something else. Nothing about edit boxes, lists, or how to use text objects in your games. Like many of the topics covered this subject needed more substance and practical examples. And the Physics section. I got this course mostly for the physic section, but was left feeling very underwhelmed. I hoped to learn in depth about how the different physics objects worked, but instead got about the same amount of info that was in the program help files, maybe less. The section on exporting to various platforms was quite good, and very helpful. One last thing, the name of the program should really be in the title of the course. Because I didn’t find it when I was initially looking looking for training for CTF. I stumbled across it much later through a link on a forum somewhere.
