THIS IS A FAST PACED COURSE!
This course is designed for those who want to soar past basics and get right into real world Python coding record time. There are plenty of courses with 10,20, or 30 hours of boring lectures. I purchased these courses and they have their place, but I wanted to make a FUN exciting course in which you learn Python AS FAST AS POSSIBLE!
So in this this course you will be working with classes and objects within the first hour. Before you know it will you have tied in a GUI (Graphical User Interface) using the Tkinter library. AND in less than 6 hours you will have the prototype for a working IDLE game!
This course isn’t for everyone. If you look at the reviews the first version was considered too fast paced by many students. So I have released several recent updates that keep the same fast pace but make the course easier to follow. As you look through all my courses you will see that I do release updates and always work to improve my courses and make them better. Give this course a chance.
Send me your feedback! Soon this will be the best most fun way to learn Python!

I already knew a bit of Python and have tried learning from other courses. This is a great course because it isn’t showing you a bunch of commands. You are actually building a real game. I hope the instructor continues to make more courses like this.

is een leerzame cursus, zeker aan te raden een cursurs waar je ook daadwerkelijk iets maakt.

Very rare tycoon game tutorial.

This course provides a fun intro to Python for beginners to programming in general, a great bridge into Python from other language backgrounds, and, even if you’ve had a few years as a coder, a great practice course to adapt your skills to simple game design functions. I highly recommend this to those new to the art of coding, and to those with a few years under the belt in other programming languages should give this one a try also. At the end of it all, the game itself is a really fun business simulation.

It’s a pity that the screen recording is the hole screen instead of the area that is changed…. my eyes are getting tired when I’m sitting on a laptop to see those small characters…. I’m lucky to have done some programming before I think the course is great for me, but I don’t think a newbie would get the grip, it’s going really fast for them….

Easy to understand and follow. Really good for beginners wanting to learn Python and making something fun at the same time

Important for me, I learned to work in an IDE environment to find the small bugs, you easily oversee. 5 stars. Step by step how to do with the essence of programming. 5 starts. Tkinter in Python 3.7.1 works different. Gui , Tkinter and Python3 helpt me.

I eventually got the game completed but the moment classes are introduced I had to work 20 times harder. He added statements in, took them out, went to the next lesson and the content of the program had changed without him telling us he was doing it. I reckon using the aims and objectives of the course but with more organised, structured delivery, this would have easily been a 5 out of 5. Disappointed with it.

font is a little small to read what is being coded

I like the pace on how the instructor is going through his lecture.

Great project as a demonstration of a real life application of Python. However, not for absolute beginners. Great as a supplementary course to some theory. The tutor explains what you should do to make the code work for the purpose of a given task but almost exclusively in a form of a brief note. That is not enough for you to comprehend complex issues like classes. The course has a decent structure but you can tell the lecturer didn’t put as much effort into it as the topic deserves. This freestyling often leads to jumping between tasks which can be hard to follow. As for the presentation itself, the tutor has calm, respectful voice, he’s not afraid to make mistakes and walk you through the thought process of solving them which was very helpful. But, warning if you get easily annoyed by parasite sounds like squelching. In general, the videos could use some (and by that I mean a lot) of editing, especially the tutor’s microphone audio track. In general, above average course worth your time.

This is a great course for beginners looking to learn a basic way to create games in python. I highly recommend it to anyone interested in learning the python language and a start on how to create games using python.
