In this course, you’ll learn how programming languages work. We’ll start by explaining the job of a programmer, taking a set of steps or a process that needs to be performed by a computer.
Next, we’ll get into conditional statements, and for while and do while loops. Then we’ll jump into object–oriented programming. We’ll explain classes, hierarchy, and polymorphism. Finally, we’ll go beyond programming, diving into debugging, refactoring, version control systems, and multi–platform support. Once you know the basics, you can more easily learn specific languages to build on top of what you already know. It’s time to introduce you to skills you can apply to almost any programming language in the future.

I really liked the way information is explained step by step.Thank You!
David Baker –
Great course! Lots of very useful information for diving into the world of programming!
Crues –
It explains everything in its simplest form.
Steve Bowers –
These concepts are very clearly stated in understandable English. That helps a lot. I really can’t think of how this could be better.
George Goddard –
Very enlightening!
Charles Dahill –
This course claims to be for all levels but it is really only for people who have absolutely no programming/coding experience. Most of the concepts it introduces are already introduced by any decent course that is teaching you a specific language, such as what variables are and how variables can be changed. I would recommend you buy a course in a language that you want and if you are unsure about some concepts, search the internet for an answer instead of getting this course.
Adam Carbonneau –
Love this class, a perfect first step of a manager like me to better understand how my coding team thinks. My only critique is that I wish there was more. Would love for a slightly deeper dive
Francis Kamau –
its alright
Selwyn Orren –
I am loving how I am now getting a solid foundation behind what I have been doing for years. I learn coding by replicating other peoples code, now I am learning what it all means and how that is all put together
Jose Antonio –
Good explained, but very short.
Chase Lewis –
It doesn’t explain the subject clearly. The illustrations do not provide an adequate example of the topic being discussed.
