I had previously taken courses in JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL, so the pace was right for me. Still be prepared to pause the videos a lot. This course involves a single project building a functional website connected to a database. No ‘toy’ examples here, which was greatly appreciated. For me, the most valuable insights were how to connect the JS and PHP components through AJAX calls. Also greatly improved my knowledge of practical applications of Object Oriented Programming and even picked up some CSS tricks.

Great hands hands on for people that have more than basic knowledge in oop and php for my opinion. He’s running really fast which is good for those that want the advanced stuff, but for those who are starters it will be hard to follow. i think it really gave me ideas for new techniques and oop in php, generally reece is great teacher and expert in what he’s doing. talking too fast sometimes but it’s tolerable.

Reece is an amazing instructor. Not only does he teach in a clear and concise manor he also responds to any questions or issues almost immediately. I have purchased pretty much every course that he has on Udemy. This is a course for any level though if you are new to coding there might be a few intimidating parts. Not to worry, Reece will walk you through any questions and/or issues, plus there are a lot of students that help each other out here. Above and beyond that, Reece is very much a passionate instructor that seems to genuinely take an interest in all of his students. While this course is not a full youtube, he not only has taken suggestions on how to improve this course, he is also actively working on several of those suggestions. I know of several great instructors on Udemy but none with the type of dedication that Reece shows. I highly recommend all of his courses regardless of your skill level.

Great course, I really enjoyed this one! The Instructor is very good, fast and knows, what he is talking about! This course fully is in OOP PHP very modern coding.. which I really appreciate. If you want to take this course, you definitely need some basic knowledge about OOP PHP or even better advanced level 😉 All in all a greate course, which i recommend to everyone who wants to build something like this or wants to improve OOP Skills!
