The concepts are explained very in depth. One annoying thing with the videos is the interaction with the classroom students, but given the expertise of the trainer with the material, its ok to put up with the annoyance.

The videos are not connected properly. I would have really appreciated if the instructor could upload all the videos. There are several incomplete videos. Practical scenarios are less than advertised.

The presentations are from various online courses and not tailored to the audience of Udemy. The audio and video is not very good as it was captured from some live meeting stream and has many feedback and cutout issues. Would have been much better had there been some attempt to capture quality content. Also, the required software for homework is not obtainable. In the lectures, references are made to obtain the software from the organizer of the meetings. Or you can download it from Pega website, but only if you are associated with one of their partner companies.
