In this course, I will go over the basics of Tkinter in the second section. After we are done with the basics, we are going to build five fully functioning applications. Building these five fully functioning applications with me will ensure that you became a Tkinter master. There is nothing worst then creating an application that you cannot use. Because of this, I created a video in the end of the course showing you how you can turn your python code into an app. This course is going to be engaging and entraining. I promise that by the end of this course you will have the knowledge to create your own personal Tkinter app.

very good teacher

One of the top courses here in Udemy. It is very easy to understand even for a non native speaker (I am German) and it is a pleasure to listen to Mohammad because of his positive attitude.

Mohammad does a great job getting you in and into the basics of Tkinter. Very helpful in explaining things in the Q&A sections. This class has created the ‘click’ for me in understanding Tkinter and I highly recommend this course to people who are looking for the proverbial ‘click!’! [Feedback] I would like to see a section covering p2exe or a linux equivalent (just mac alone is not enough for the rest of us). For the e mail app, I would like to see it more fleshed out where it calls out to the systems core e mail application (thunderbird, outlook, Notes, etc). But I understand how this could become a little more involved. For what it is in the current state, it does provide ground to move on to that point for the student. If at all possible, I would like to see how multiple screens interact. Multiple screen applications is really the next step and it is difficult finding the appropriate documentation anywhere. If this course had that, this would be a one stop shop for all of Tkinter.

Good teacher, covered the basics well. I only wish they were longer lectures to have more details
Mohammad Faiz Ahmad –

There’s a lot to be learnt beyond this course to master GUI building. This is a good course with clear instructions, easy to follow, but leaves more to be desired.

I am a little torn because Mohammed is so spirited and has such a potential to do this. But, this course should have been TKinter, watch me learn from my mistakes. I think if the code would have been tested first, and he would have mastered the topic before making the video, he could easily get 5 stars. Plus, his examples aren’t written in a way a real world coder would work, or how a business would want their app to be designed. As a 30+ year IT pro, I was thinking the whole time that Mohammed learned this and then said Hey, maybe I can make some money teaching on Udemy. He has such potential, and I think as he develops, he will be a true 5 star instructor.
