This is my first ever class I’ve taken on Udemy, as well as my first time using Unity and learning C#. Michael is a fantastic teacher. He explains the process thoroughly, gives examples of problem solving common issues, as well as issuing helpful challenges to encourage students to tackle problems on their own. I took this class because I’m interested in making a first person adventures game (not a shooter), but I learned so much more in the end, especially about mechanics I didn’t even know I would need. I highly recommend this class to anyone considering making a simple FPS or learning Unity for the first time. And for MacOS users out there, I had no issues following Michael’s instructions. You’re good to go!

The course was informative and the challenges simple but challenging enough to encourage creative thinking.
