He is a very good teacher and I like his lectures but he moves too quickly with his mouse in the program so I can’t follow, and doesn’t explain the features of TOAD, like what the different toggles and options do. With that said this is an extremely comprehensive course, and I am definitely learning a lot already. I came into the course with some SQL knowledge, so it is easy for me to understand, but It is moderate paced and not a course for the absolute beginner when it comes to programming. Even knowing another programming language helps with this course.

This is a great course and a must for those who are new to SQL and database. The instructor is clear, easy to follow, a bit on the faster space but with so much data he is trying to provide you with I can see why he needs to be. Not only that he provide some really good PDF with diagrams of how everything interconnect with each other and how things functions including quizzes. Also the tools simple already pre configure operating system with oracle sql, toad interface, and databases. He also provide good challenges for those that want more. Overall I would have to say this is an A+++++ course and like I said I strongly recommend it to anyone looking into SQL. Looking forward to more materials from this instructor. Note for those wondering I just started several months ago doing database and programming as a Junior .Net Developer in 1/1/2016 Present. Please note that to make sure when you download the Oracle DB VM zip file from the provided url that the instructor has. That once you unzip it will be much larger on your hard drive. So make sure you have enough space and performance to run it smoothly. My advice avoid having to many unnecessary things open when doing the course to ensure you have enough resources from your system for VirtualBox.

I was just looking for a refresher on syntax and stumbled upon this training. It provided the info i was looking for and much, much more. This would be really good for beginners especially, but also worked well as a recap for me. The coach tells stories and puts the concepts in laymann’s terms.

This is an amazing course. The course is well organized and the instructor communicates very well. I recommend this course to anyone interested in learning SQL quickly. However, it would be better if topics like Indexes, Stored Procedures, etc are added.
