It’s possible:
You can get certified as an enterprise architect with the TOGAF 9.1 certification exam Part 2 (OG0–092), and this course will teach you what you need to know!
It takes training to become an Enterprise Architect. Much of that comes through on–the–job skills learned working on software projects larger–and–larger in scope. But very definitely there is a very specific way to design software at enterprise scale.
The Open Group has defined a free and public standard for this method for almost 10 years now, and over 400 companies and government agencies have been involved in crafting that standard. It is called TOGAF – The Open Group Architecture Framework.
Listen:
If you are a software developer, this is your chance to learn the proper techniques for assessing the requirements of an enterprise, and designing the right solutions for today and tomorrow! While software development is skill any teenager can acquire, and the salaries paid to software developers fall or are frozen, it’s those who know the complex skills of designing large software projects that will still be in high demand.

Tai–Sun Wong –
I just passed my TOGAF Part1 and 2 in one exam on 31st Dec 2019 using the official course material and also Scott’s TOGAF Part 1 and 2 courses on Udemy. I have to say Scott did a great job of putting things in a proper perspective and relate the ADM method to real life application. He also tries to explain things in layman terms. Hence making it much easier to understand. To answer the question about whether or not Scott’s Part 2 course is still relevant for TOGAF 9.2. The answer is yes. It is about how to apply the ADM method to the scenario based questions. You need to know in which phase the question is referring to and check the TOGAF Standard PDF provided to find the right artifacts or steps. It is an open book exam. You need to know which chapter is related to which ADM phase so that you can find the answer as quickly as possible because the search function may not point you to the right page all the time.

Thanks for this amazing course, it helped me to pass the TOGAF examinations today! The TOGAF Spec document is difficult to read and comprehend, this course gave a good overview of the document and tells you what you need to know to pass.

Course is very good. It sets very good overview like attending a class in school or college and thereafter it becomes easy to go through documentations/books. Suggestion 1. if a diagram can be referred to pin point (similar to what class teacher does in a class) while speaking; it would take course to next level. 2. If sample question quantity would be increased more. Overall , it is good course to start with. Thank you !!!

Amit Varman –
First of all thank you Scott !!! This course has given me a level of confidence and I am planning to schedule my exam in a week or two, of course bit more home work, and need to take a good look to TOGAF specification as Scott emphasised on. So hope to be back with success story :).
A Qazi –
I really liked the Part 1 course but the Part 2 did not offer much.

Generally, the course is good but would like to see more emphasis on the part 2 exam and go more into detail on the explanations. Also, would be good to get some tips on how to use the TOGAF 9.2 document during the exam. As this is open book, there are techniques which I picked up from other videos around YouTube about finding what you need in the document to back up your answer selection on the exam. Otherwise, great content and great explanations from Scott! This was a major steppingstone to passing the part 2 exam.
Chris Zarbal –
