First of all, congratulations on choosing Pentaho Data Integration (PDI) – one of the leading ETL tools to transform data into meaningful information. It combines ease of use with powerful capabilities to process high volumes of data.

This is a course for busy people. If you are already a BI designer, architect, or manager, and want to learn the basics of PDI as quickly as possible, this course is for you.

If you already know how ETL tools work, PDI will be an important asset in your skillset. During the job interview, you will be able to demonstrate the basic knowledge and improve your chances to land the job.

For this course, I worked through the most common tasks that BI designers face in their daily practice and compiled them into a single track.
