If you are looking to learn JavaScript from scratch this is the course for you. JavaScript has been dominating the programming world and can be used on the front end, server, and back end. What I like about this course is the ES6 coverage that Zak goes over, this will help down the path of wanting to pick up a framework like Angular, React, Vue, Etc. Great course! highly recommend.

I’ve already completed a javaScript course with Rob Merrill, though he was an alright instructor, and I’m ok with what I learned. I feel Zak Ruvalcaba is doing an exceptional job of explaining things for beginners. I find Like Kalob T. and Anthony A. he’s leaving nothing to chance. He’s teaching as if we have no prior knowledge of this subject. Which is what I need at this juncture. Yes I completed my other courses, but having a review on everything you’ve learned is also very refreshing. It helps your mind to zero in on what you really didn’t have a total grasp of just yet. So far I’m enjoying this class very much. Really feel like I’m learning something here.I will take all of this guys classes he explains things very well and on a down to earth level. So far I can say that this is one of the easiest to understand courses on Udemy. Zak, the Instructor, presents the information clearly, logically sequential, and thorough manner. I have purchased at least five other Javascript courses on Udemy, yet never completed any of them, due to hitting a roadblock of understanding. Many coders who are great at coding, aren’t as good at teaching. ZAK IS DIFFERENT, as he knows how to present technical concepts in a manner that is conducive to first time learners. For example: when he explained the concept of THE DOM, he did so using a visually eye catching example and clear explanation. Other instructors/coders would have simply said the word DOM without explaining what it is. I especially like the fact that the tutorials are broken down into Sections that cover the topic in a modular way. This is proving to be my Go To course for JavaScript, with Zak as my Go to instructor. I’ll surely be keeping an eye out for his other courses.
