This Python course is excellent!! I have taken a few Python courses previously from Udemy, this course is the best so far. The lectures are kept short but contain a lot of info on the topic. I really like the short quizzes to make sure you listened to the important points made in the lectures. The best feature is the interactive coding to give you immediate hands–on with the material to ensure you understood what you thought you understood. Great Course! by Richard Mata

So far the course is going okay, the course instructor is quite aware of the problems students face. Please note that even with good internet, the videos seem to be lower resolution. Although the instructor mentioned that it’s not under his control but it is bothering me now.

This is the first course of Python I have taken so far. I can understand and really appreciate the hard work done in making of this course. Content is really good. Basics of Python have been taught really well. Course structure is also as expected. The way Mihai speaks and explains is really nice. This is a good course as a starting point in Python journey. Thanks 🙂

Its a quite good course for those who want to start learning Python. The videos cover a lot of topics. I think you will have a good knowledge about the basics, and with that, if you keep practicing, you can learn the basics. The course contains some advanced topics also, so if you don’t know where to go further, its pretty useful, because after the completing, you will know which topic is interesting or suitable for you, where to go further. So at the and, you can do some basic tasks. As promised, there aren’t many theoretical explanations. The quality of the videos is good, pronunciation of the instructor is good also, its easy to understand. I recommend it.

Instructor is very knowledgeable and delivers content succinctly and clearly. The emphasis on practical coding, as opposed to the theoretical concepts of computer science, makes this course an invaluable tool for acquiring real world coding skills that will be immediately applicable in a variety of workplace settings. As a VBA automation developer, I am looking forward to seeing how Python can be used as a complement to VBA in controlling Microsoft Excel, Word and other Office applications. In particular, to develop Excel for Mac applications that have the same or nearly the same capabilities as Excel for Windows, is impossible since many libraries such as the Microsoft Scripting Runtime and Microsoft Regular Expressions library version 5.5 do not exist on the Mac platform. But Python, with its built in support for dictionaries, advanced file system access and regular expressions may permit me to create Excel for Mac automation applications that are fully functional. In any case, I look forward to learning Python 3. I’ve already taken introductory coursework in Python 2 some years ago and now need to become familiar with the most current iteration of this wildly popular programming language. I believe this course will help me to achieve this objective and provide a solid foundation in Python scripting.

Clear, concise, informative. So far this course has been a joy to follow. Mihai, you are an excellent instructor. When I finish this course I will certainly write a more comprehensive review. But so far very impressed. Mihai, you are what a professor is supposed to be to a student.

I have taken some python in the past, which I was still able to find things in the more basic parts of the course useful. However, the teacher really starts to excel in the intermediate and advance parts of the course. Worth more than the 12 bucks.
Nathan Scorer –
It is a good match for me so far.
Prashanth Pr –

There are no instructions on what do do if there is no directory found. I’m out of trouble shooting methods and cannot run a simple script. Not your fault but I have been working on a simple thing for over 2 hours.
David Dresbach –
Currently I do a lot of vba coding but wanted to expand my abilities.

Coding Exercise solution in Beginners Level helped me to improve programming skills. It would be great, if we can include similar exercise in Super Hero Level .
