Scrum is a framework for developing products or solutions. It embodies an Agile approach to management. Scrum puts the people who do the work in charge of their development process, while creating a way for them to be able to learn from what they’re doing while they do it. This is done by implementing sprints that are very short in length – usually around three weeks, with some time set aside after each sprint to discuss what has been done and plan for what will come next. Scrum Master

A Scrum Master is an important member of the Scrum Development Team, who creates and maintains the process for developing software or other products. A Scrum Master helps the team work together to meet its goals and stay on track with each step of the process. The Scrum Master does this by making sure everyone understands what has been agreed upon and by removing any obstacles that might get in the way. This person also works to help people learn from their mistakes without blaming them and tries to keep things as simple as possible so that no one gets confused.
