I am so impressed with this course! It is cover very most useful thing for QA automation. Explanations are great! Thank you. I am manual qa, start this course without programming knowledges. Only one thing I don’t like and hope it will be changed: sometimes video is blurred

het wordt tot nu toe kort en bondig (simpel) verteld over de inhoud. Ook de beschikbaarheid van de trainer wordt duidelijk verteld wat wel een goede indruk geeft.

Until now I enjoyed it

For the most part, this course is not bad at all. I’ll start off with what I disliked and will end in what I liked: What I disliked: 1. The subtitles (English) are terrible. They appear as manual and not automatic, but they’re clearly made by a machine and not someone who transcripted the videos manually. If there are words you’re not sure if you understood or you can’t hear properly, then well… good luck, because the subtitles will not help you. Not at least until someone fixes them 🙁 2. There is version imbalance in lectures in the Selenium webdriver part and some of the lectures are outdated. The first lectures teach you to write tests in a certain way and then all of a sudden when you move on to the next one the screen is covered with code that you were never taught. This is NOT malicious, it’s easy to understand that it results from version difference, but this can be very confusing if you’re not aware of that. I’ll clarify that I did not notice such issue in the early parts of the course in which you learn Python. What I liked: 1. The explanations and download instructions are very detailed and elaborated in a way that is good for beginners as well. There are also demonstrations to every subject studied. 2. This covers a fairly wide range of options it covers both Windows and Mac, and it covers a fair amount of browsers so odds are your setup is included. Bottom line: The course is good and I’m satisfied with taking it, but there are issues that prevent it from being much better despite appearing relatively simple to fix. 8/10.
