Educated tutor. I learnt more from Raf than the tutor at college and I’m not even done with all the videos yet!!! Amazing job Raf!!! Thanks so much for sharing your knowledge!
Micha Przyszlak –
Great course, teaching essentials for beginners. I learned a lot of important techniques and good practices from that course. Part 1 will give you a good basic understanding of creating, securing and maintaining a database. The course is interesting and divided in small 10 15 minutes videos, which make it easy to learn. Everything is explained pretty well and in an interesting way. I definitely recommend that course.
Kiran Kumar Reddem –

Good course indeed to refresh SQL Administration concepts
Peter Gullak –
It was ok. He should stop using paint to illustrate his points. Also, I just ended up watching the videos. I hoped that beginning with installing VirtualBox that there would be more interactive and learning by doing, but I just ended up watching the author showing how to do different types of backups. Got repetitive really fast.

Terrible course. Tutor frequently gets terminology wrong, makes constant typos and uses Microsoft Paint (old version) to make incoherent diagrams.
Deep Varghese –
Very detailed. Thanks for the effort. I am at middle of course now. Thanks for teaching the AD/domain server/others. That would have been a separate course 🙂
Tung Nguyen –
Excellent course!
Felix Garcia –

I was initially frustrated by the age of some of the videos and how different newer free versions of the software look, and it was confusing having both VMWARE and VirtualBox videos….I think that the VMWARE videos should be removed and focus instead on the fully free VirtualBox. Adding the addendum for new stuff certainly did help on that front. In any event, using only VirtualBox (and not setting up a Domain) worked best for me so far. I’m about 50% through the course so far and the instructor is obviously well versed and the individual videos are well paced, with a good amount of information in each video, without being overwhelming. The pace is good, and I am finding this course to be useful in better understanding the various functions of a DBA and best practices.
MD ATHAR –
So far so good , But he have to explore more and explain architecture also. Show configuration from scratch.

Some modules are like teaching a 4 year old Kid. & Repeat the same words sentences again ,again & again. The Presenter needs to be respect the TIME OF SUBSCRIBER Or Trainee.. I really felt it Dragged. Time efficiency is 2.5/5. Some people like me purchased/subscribed with the view its going to be deep diving, not with a view we have enough time to waste. *** TO NOTE VIRTUAL TRAINING IS NOT A CLASS ROOM TRAINING **anything missed or not understood could be reviewed .

Covered all the topics very well in detail. On the last session I observeed some commands did not give the correct results which was ignored. I will go over those commands again and come back to this review. Thanks for a wonder session and coverage of the topics.

The course is good, but you do need to have an environment to apply what you learned. Don’t take the course by just watching the videos. The available material attached to the course contents are helpful, but I realized some of the documents were missing even though Raphael mentioned it would be available.
Bhanu Bhardwaj –
