Most courses only focus on teaching how to run the analysis but we believe that what happens before and after running analysis is even more important i.e. before running analysis it is very important that you have the right data and do some pre–processing on it. And after running analysis, you should be able to judge how good your model is and interpret the results to actually be able to help your business.

This course offers a gentle introduction to statistics, its practical application in R and culminates in touching linear regression analysis. While the course content is adequate for the intended audience, introduction to regression analysis as ML technique, there are 2 areas in which the course can improve. 1) Course materials –– Throughout all the course, you get nothing more than test pdfs and sample data files. It is not always convenient to switch on a video to refresh a particular concept, so having some course material helps. Second, the scripts used in the course can be shared as well, so one spends less time coding while simultaneously paying attention to the presentation. 2) Presentation –– The presentation style in theory sections is more passive i.e – speaking at a virtual audience than to them. While this is a limitation of the medium, it still helps if the presenter tries to engage. A second nitpicking point is the presenter refers to R as software, perhaps he meant Rstudio and NOT R, which is clearly a language.

Its a smooth content

The explanation is a good one and the language is spoken in a manner that someone can be able to listen and hear. Also the management makes the teaching liberal, that is a good one for me.

This was my first time learning a programming language, was able to grasp all the concept but I felt that the theoretical part of the course need more subtle explanations for better understanding.
