If you are brand new to programming, this course will be very difficult to follow. If you have some experience with programming, this course will help you to understand the SwiftUI framework. It will also show you how very basic, single screen apps can be built. If you intend to build more complex application, such as ones that require a login or use of the camera, you will need a lot more training that is offered in this course.

A very good course on SwiftUI. My only gripe is that the async code that the instructor uses for the data fetching is not explained in enough detail. I’ve been programming for 35+ years, so I understood what he did, but for beginners, this code would essentially be magic incantations.

I loved the material. Although, the instructor seemed to be working things out on screen, instead of prior to recording the lecture. Thus, things get very confusing. Also, he uses syntax several times before explaining their purpose. Consequently, you’re adding code without knowing what it does or why you’re using at that moment until future lectures. THIS WAS EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING AND CONFUSING!

This is the first time in my life giving a rare nr less then 3. Why so bad? Most of the Code is deprecated A LOT of students have asked the instructor to update his code but no response instructor won’t answer any question. Instructor is active with new courses and other channels like YouTube but ignores and tries to hide any sort of criticism. Personally I literally thanked the instructor for the effort and kindly asked when the course would get updatet. My post was deleted unfortunately but I do have screenshots for anyone’s that is interested. Free online content is way better then this course (I mean this serious!) DO NOT BUY THIS COURSE, and UDEMY, please do something about this!
