Videos are not visible, blurred.

Why it starts with installing terraform on an EC2 instead of locally? The backround of terraform is not explained The backrounds of the steps are not explained
Edsil Welch –
Clear delivery by the instructor. Not to fast or slow.

Very Nice

excellently targeted

They should try to answer the questions, but the course was really good.

I have got other Terraform courses on Udemy, by far this course is way better than the others especially if you want to work with AWS and EKS. However, I think you can improve this course by adding some documentation or adding a few short videos. The content of the course is very well explained, but then some simple part is missing, so will confuse the students. For example you are adding adminFullAccess role to the EC2 but you are not showing how you are making the policy on the video, or you are talking about passing user credential to provider.tf but there is no such a file on Section2 folder and you are not mentioning that we need to create the file …

if this is not machine reading it is very robotic and it loses my attention after 5 minutes

This course is very good so far, my only issue is that sometimes it isn’t clear what demo files the instructor is using, so you waste time trying to fugure out which folder he’s working from to spin up demo instances.

The so called author has done a poor job in covering the basics. e.g. claims to cover topics that s/he does not. check the credentials module where the author says we will cover storage of credentials in /.aws folder where they do not. even at 2X speed the author is very dry and unbearable at times. the code provided is FULL of errors! e.g. see comments in Q&A section. If not for the supposed real world examples, I would not be keeping this course and would have asked for a refund

Although like the author said is very early on that Udemy is Asking, I can bet on a 5 star rating giving the fact that the author seems to be willing to work with student on improving the experience. I Am a lead developer where the company where I work and and super comfortable with most of the technologies mentioned here but I still want to see what other approaches the author takes in hope to improve my skills, although am not a DevOps by any means but I do like to have a broader knowledge. Anyhow, Thanks for the real world scenarios project. This is the reason why I choose this course. Good luck to all the pears out there trying to make sense of the devOps World!, it not easy!..

Nicely teaching with example

Pronunciation is very clear, but it’s too slow and boring. Even if English is your second language. I think that the course is 10 hours is primarily because the author speaks very slow and repeats many things 2, 3, 4 times in a row. Audio and video sometimes don’t match each other at all. Looks like they were recorded in different days/months. I would learn more about Terraform itself rather than watching brief lessons about AWS/GCP/Azure. In my opinion, that’s not very useful.
Gerhard Forster –
It will turn more intersting, I assume. But for now, a bit of a slow start.
Russell Sherman –
the instructor speaks in the most generic manner leading me to believe they have absolutely zero practical experience with the subject matter. they offer scant few expansions or background explanations.. they sound as if they are reading a script full or words they don’t completely understand
Michael A Pitcher –
I am hoping this gets better because so far it is very poor.
Sarah Jabado –
The lecturer has such an amazing voice, so smooth and easy to listen to. 😀
Gboyega Ofi –
The Instructor voice is robotic, doesn’t match the hype in the intro. May missing timelines in videos. Bad and horrible replies to reviewers. I will be getting my money back
Andrew Newman –
Terraform code is missing from Section 9

Cociobea Stefan Mihail –
it is covering an outdated version of terraform (0.11) in 2020
