What I’ve seen so far is pretty good, all installation and set up well explained. I missed one section for Linux, and if there is a way to install Xcode in win/Linux, for my particular case I don’t have acces to an android phone to test it in the device.

There is no explanation as to where we should or should not use commas, additionally, a lot of the screens cannot be viewed because of the IDE help jumping around in front of the code so it makes it almost impossible to find out where you are going wrong at times which has almost caused me to throw away the course I anger when I cannot get the code to work. The last module where we started cutting out code and replacing it for better ways was almost over for me as a simple missing comma makes all the difference! I need to go and find a course that explains this and perhaps come back to this one. Some aspects are great but I feel the fundamental issues have cost me time!

This course is great but I’m giving it 4.5 stars instead of 5 for two reasons: Lack of support in the Q&A: Angela never checks it and if you need help to understand a concept or to fix an error, your on your own. I am disappointed because most of the big successful courses like this one on Udemy have a Teaching Assistant in charge of updating the outdated content and helping the students in the Q&A section The Provider section is just an introduction to this complex library, Angela just provides the basics, and it won’t be enough if you’re looking to create an App Stores worthy application.

By far the best coding course I’ve come across. Angela used a method of teaching that builds on previous modules to not only help me learn new concepts, but solidify my understanding of previous concepts. How do you get to Carnegie Hall? As a beginner programmer, this course touched on a number of topics that previous courses mentioned and utilized but didn’t fully explain. Reformating, objects and classes, data management, even simple things like ternary operators were explained in detail and helped me understand other languages that use the same coding practices. 10/10, best Flutter course, looking forward to more courses!!

I took 22 lessons so far, and it’s been very fun and easy to follow. But I have to mention that some of the setting and installation parts need the update since the a few steps she mentions in lecture didn’t work. When this happens, if you read the message that’s on the screen why it’s not working or the troubleshooting, or simply google the steps, you can find the way to install the right ones. Overall, the instructor is very helpful and I am excited to continue this journey!

The title of this course says 2021, but the whole story is based on an older version. Chapters that use external modules could not build successfully with the provided project file resources. I tried to continue to refer to the latest documentation of external modules, but I quit because it is nonsense to spend more effort to close the version gap.

Even this course is outdated; teach me tons of stuff. Significantly, learning flutter with this course increases my OOP skills because we divide everything between making our code modular. A lot of people hate it, but it is essential to become a good programmer. For me, Angela, mother of programming, I hope we will meet again in another course or a sushi restaurant 🙂

This is a second course I buy from the same author now. The content itself is well explained. However, the code is never up to date, which defied the whole point of having the code up in github. On multiple occasion, it takes me an hour just to get all the dependencies issues solved. On top of it, you will never receive an answer from the author in the Q&A sections. Most of the help come from the students who have struggled hard themselves

Angela is definitely a great teacher, committed to helping others. The content and examples are awesome, especially for beginners. However the course is not a 2021 bootcamp, it’s 2019, max 2020. So sad that the title is so misleading, if I had known it, I wouldn’t have enrolled.
