The way he’s reading all the time, thing that you do everyday as programmer makes the course bad…

Very clear audio and structure. I am a novice with python, and I feel I am getting a good understanding of the language so far, however it would be nice if he explained the functions syntax more in depth.

Because I am amazed of what I see, if this is only the introductory phase, then I can’t wait to reach the end of the advanced portion

The transition from beginner to advance is too violent for someone who has no experience in programming or never coded before. It is recommended to follow this course along with the Python documentation located at python.org in order to improve your comprehension. If you follow the documentation with the course you will be able to go from beginner to advance more friendly.

It’s overall pretty low effort course from the creators. Most of the videos are of the instructor just typing out code and reading out loud the code he’s just written, without explaining much. It doesn’t help to comprehend what is actually going on Some things that are displayed (like inserting floats in strings, using classes(!)) are not explained, leaving the viewer guessing and googling the stuff for himself. The instructor also makes mistakes such as referring to wrong variables, not using defined functions at all, writing obsolete lines of code (same things twice). Also there are no any kinds of tutorials in this course, other than the instructor saying practice at the end of each video. Not recommended

loving it

The lecturer teaching style is ineffective all he does is state what he knows how to do rather explaining how most of the functions work

The Python Basics modules were well delivered. Only issue is that for the Python Advanced part of the course, I had trouble keeping up with what was being taught as they were all diving into the coding part straight and had no breakdown or proper explanations for the various lines of code that we are writing. Sometimes the instructor changes parts of the scripts without showing as well. It would be better if the Python Advanced modules were taught in the same way as the Python Basics modules.

The first 7 modules are so great and descriptive that one can’t even think of blinking their eyes, but after that when the advanced module starts they are just writing the code not explaining what is happening or why we write that code so, overall it good but the last 5 modules were not up to the mark.

Overally, I have been enjoying this course so far. However I feel a lot of basic concepts have been left out(Strings, arrays, matrices etc) and need to be included as they are very important. Secondly, there has been a steady delay in getting responses to doubts. Please do answer the querries ASAp so that we can complete the course swiftly and smoothly. The teaching style is nice. You should include some tasks at the end of each lecture so as to make the course more learning oriented and interesting
