If you want to know how it is *really* done, then this is the course for you. If you want to get into what and how the real world of web dev works, then this is for you. I like the fact that Chris does not mess around, he gets right into it by showing you how things are done with enough info on why and the rest is up to you… Which is how it should be, no spoon feeding… Real world. You need to have a fairly good understanding of web dev concepts to keep up (you can get this from all over) but Chris gives you to next steps in furthering your journey. I’m not even half way through the course and I have already learn so much! Thank you Chris!

Showed how to implement VS Code much better than I had been able to do on my own. Looking forward to the more complex back end tie in to the front UI.

There’s no filler in this course. Everything Chris teaches is concise, clearly said, and practical. If you want the essentials of web development, this is perfect.

So far Chris has done a good job walking through the steps, I’m defiantly gaining what I’ve purchased the course for as we progress forward.

This is great for entry level developers or people that are curious how to make a bunch of modern technologies work together which will be used in a professional environment. I think it did a great job of covering the important aspects of modern development and I’m looking forward to more in the future. Chris is a great teacher and covers the topics that are important to understand, but I would have liked to see him go in depth a little more on certain topics but overall this was a very fun course to go through and I learned a lot. I learned a lot and this is coming from someone who has over 8 years of professional experience in the industry. I highly recommend this course to anybody learning to get a good grasp of web development at a basic to intermediate level in 2019.

Energetic pace concise good! I like it. I think it’s a good beginner course but if you’re looking for intermediate stuff you might not find much however if you want to know how to convert a site to react, and encapsulate your design with react components, this course has a good and simple example.
Elijiah Ware –
It isn’t very useful to follow along to. Kinda just dove right in. I had to look up another video to actually see how to get react installed to my system
Brant Lichner –
fast paced but that’s ok I have dev experience
James Yoo –
Too basic/introductory for my experience level

This is the course I have been looking for, I always found the set up to be the most complicated but building my own startup kit answered so may questions in the process.
