This course could have come at a better time for me, since I had been having connectivity problems. Usually I can solve that with a reboot, but that hasn’t always worked in more recent months. Wow.. I’m only into the first few lessens and it’s like having an Engineer at my side helping me check my internet connection. Although I haven’t found the issue at the moment, I’m learning insider information on how to check and detailed information about that technique. Awesome! An internet service technician would never explain these things as they work on my house line, so this is enlightening and empowering me. Well worth the investment. Tip: turn on captions if Author’s accent is hard to hear. Although captions may be skewed, it’s not impossible to understand. (UPDATE: I’ve finished the course.. and have found out the issue ultimately.. and although it wasn’t what I expected it to be. it was a simpler issue, however, I would not have been able to solve it without this help)
