Could be better but it was useful for me because he repeats himself a lot so I got it beaten into me but he’s very inconsistent. My biggest issue was with how separate each one feels. It seems like he didn’t have this entire course in mind. It seems more like he made a bunch of separate tutorials and piecemealed them in until he had a course. Having said that, I will say I learned a good amount and I’d recommend it to someone trying to learn the absolute basics.

Overall this is an excellent course for beginning in Swift 3.0 and Xcode 8. By following each exercise you will become familiar with the xcode interface, writing Swift code and common practices encountered building a simple, single page app. The instructor is thorough each lecture is clearly demarcated with a beginning middle and end. Was mildly dissatisfied that on 2 lectures, the audio plays fine but the video does not. This does not impede progress.
