I’m understanding this way better than I thought I would. Thanks to the instructors probably.
Sjur Hovi –
i feel like im learning something realyyyy valuable instead of learning from codecademy though they also have good lessons but not as much in depth as this
Jafar Ali –
Good stuff for building on what I’ve learned in college.
Basil Yusuf –
Yes it is pretty good

I don’t know how I got here. I signed up for the C# version of this course 4 or so years ago…took some time off due to work/family issues then decided to pick the course up again…now it’s C++. I thought I had lost my mind but I went through my old material such as Numbers Wizard, Glitch Garden, Bowl Master and Zombie Runner and, sure enough, those were written in C#. I hope that in a few years from now this material doesn’t disappear.

In the older version, the links to the different communities (Discord, Twitch, Twitter, etc.) were provided in the description, but in this version, it looks like they were forgotten and newer viewers will need to find them by themselves. Please put the links back. Thanks in advance.

Grace Street –
Perfect pace for absolute beginners. And a great refresher for people who are experienced programmers wanting to code for Unreal! Love it
Jan Fleming Nickelsen –
So far, the course is very well structured and every topic is described very slowly. The tasks are very easy to do, but it encourages you to continue. C++ is a widely used programming language, but I found it hard to find a decent tutorial since the userbase of C++ is I would say more on the nerdy side of the CS spectrum and therefore mostly trageted for university students or people with a decent background. This tutorial does not go in depth when it comes to the technical, theoretical parts like Mashine Language etc., but in this case it is not necessary. I think this course is a great ADDITION to your common YouTube tutorial that teach you the complete fundamentals but lack the hands on parts.

The course is very in depth, as a beginner to C++ with some background in some basic coding, im finding the challenges and pausing and solving solutions prior and being able to code it my self very informative and challenging but practical
jesus perez –
The teacher explains everything in great detail, easy to follow
Gregory Nagel –
Right amount of depth for a beginner
Erin Cormick –
I want to be able to share my code with others, but how do I do that if they don’t own VS or XCode? That would be a great little thing to have at the end of the lesson!
Kracu77 –
I enjoyed it
Nolyn Taylor –
I have always been overwhelmed by the look of code, but with this course, I feel like it’s approachable.
Braden Lehman –
This course is just what I needed!
Philipp Speierl –

Utkarsh Manwani –
Good but unnecessary details confuse
Rob H –
As a more experienced tech person and with some experience in Java it was easy to follow directions, but the course is very fast for those starting fresh
Yuvraj Kaushik –

Jasen Serapio –

Freddie H Slade –

Austin Derrow Pinion –
Outstanding content by amazing instructors! I really needed this high quality education since learning C++ in Unreal is difficult with little documentation (but is so powerful). They continue to update the course with content and to explain some concepts better. Questions are answered quickly.
Marko Posavec –
It was good match for me.
Ewan Danks –
Even though I know all the codng bits, all the other bits are well explained
Jens Telschow Fischer –
The general C++ part and the building escape game sections were brilliant! Those parts motivated me to keep going on daily! Then the toon tanks section started and I quit the course, because the use of blueprints totally confused me and therer were so manyerros in the first few videos I couldn’t stand it. Maybe I will continue again later with the simple shooter part. I don’t know that yet.

it is easy to come along and understand, slow and steady easy to follow pace
