I love making this game from the beginning to the end. The Person who created this game deserved so much praise in making this game. I have gained so much knowledge on Unity because of this game.
Jarrod Gibbons –
Very Easy to follow along
Jay Oshman –
Excellent tutorial! Clear and simple with the instructions and I’ve really learned a lot. I’m sure I’ll be jumping back to these videos all the time as I start building and making things on my own. Thanks, James!

I’m really enjoying these lessons. A lot of information is covered and the author does a great job at explaining what is going on.

I just finished the Camera Control part of the course. I am loving the pace and explanations of all the game features being added in thus far. I found James on YouTube and followed his 3D Platformer course on there, but I am finding this course to be more up to date with better features (AxisRaw and Cinemachine, ect). I also appreciate the layout of learning on Udemy compared to YouTube. This course is exactly what I have been wanting to follow, to make a game in this style. Plus on Udemy you have the option of asking the instructor or your fellow peers for help if you get stuck. Highly recommended to anyone aspiring to learn how to code and make games with Unity. Looking forward to finishing the rest of the course and having a fully operational 3D platformer. Thanks James, keep up the good work!

More casual than I was expecting.

This instructor goes through great detail in everything and explains everything from code to the way unity features apply. Very happy with the way this lesson is turning out.
Abdulkarim Luhar –
I like that its simple and to the point. In real life I’m a pretty stupid guy, and I like that it makes things easy for me to understand.
Gamer’s Option –
Very unprofessional. I’m seriously considering if I will purchase courses through Udemy anymore or go straight for GameDev.tv courses which have proven to be of high quality.
David Harraway –
I’ve done a few of James’ courses now and always find his teaching style clear and engaging. Even if I dont get one of the points he’s showing and explaining the first time, if I go back and try again a bit later it ends up making sense. The courses ramp up gently too which is great.
James Philip Turff –
