Very clear presentation and shared the best practice, it will be very good if having some case study practice.

Listing the essential techniques was a superb idea. Grouping them to differentiate what requirements are being addressed to was a splendid idea. The delivery is very good, clear, and easy to understand.
Francisco Pacheco –
Awesome quality and presentation of the content; less video of seeing the instructor please. Also, more engaging, not so much monotone. Presentation needs to keep audience engaged and be less of informative approach.

Course was short and to the point. The use of a sample project with a fictional BA was very helpful and illustrative. Great course!

The instructors was very clear and the information was good. The slide presentation was full of great details and I’m glad the instructors have made all of the course materials (including the slide presentation) available in downloadable form.

Yes. It correlates well with my experience as a QA Tester as gathering requirements (I work under an AGILE methodology) is part of my job as well.

A good overview of the traditionally most useful BA techniques (doesn’t cover user stories which are more commonly used in Agile projects). However: a few too many lengthy head shots with no diagrams or supporting slides a number of typos the course overview only briefly (for four seconds) lists the 10 golden techniques at the end. Instead of having a long head shot, it would have been better to display this list The proposed solution to the case study doesn’t resolve one of the main problems with the current situation, employees forgetting to submit their timesheet. Having an online solution will not magically resolve this situation. The solution needs to include a database of valid employees (including start and end dates and holidays) so it knows which employees to chase, and to highlight to HR/manager that this data is missing well before the next customer invoicing cycle. Needs to follow up if not submitted at all, or if sent back by approver and not subsequently resubmitted. Also need to flag to admin/finance where timesheet submitted but not approved, and chase approver. This alerts system needs to be overrideable in case an employee has left the company/on holiday/sick etc and the system has not been updated by the administrator to reflect this.

Pro: The content is good. Cover the necessary techniques for the BA. Con: The audio, very low volume, the instructor needs to get some professional recording equipment or sound room; sounds like she is in a closet or something; I had to use headsets to solve this audio problem. However I still recommend the course.

Very structured and logical course. Easy to follow and understand the concepts. I had a break from a job and took this as a refresher and absolutely loved it. It prepared me for my new assignments and gave me confidence to outperform on projects.
