Having made a couple of simple Android apps before helped me to follow this course pretty comfortably. It is well laid out, concise, and the presentation is clear. I found a lot of questions I had about Java and Android coding where answered through example. the course uses an out dated version of android studio and when following step by step studio does not handle the request as it does in the course, so therefore you must work around it.

Nice easy informative course for a simple android game using native android View or SurfaceView class. Everywhere Android game course is using Libgdx or Unity but this course only teaches us android game using native android View or SurfaceView class.
